By isolating Beta, you strip away the market’s noise, allowing you to evaluate the quality of the investment thesis independently. This rigorous approach prevents you from overpaying for ‘beta-chasing’ funds and ensures that your recommendations are grounded in true skill-based performance, which is the cornerstone of professional advisory work.
